Jun is a Controller for one of Offsite Office’s largest clients. He has worked with clients in industries such as outsourcing, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, logistics, wired and wireless telecommunications, technology, merchandising, and retail.
  • Jun is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB).
  • He is also a Certified Management Accountant (AUS) program alumnus.
  • He is a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Tagiug, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Prior to Offsite Office, Jun was an Accounting Manager in one of the pioneers in business process outsourcing (BPO) industry where he gained his functional experiences in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, and SOX Audit. He also gained exposure to other different industries such as transportation, government services, airlines, telecom, insurance, and shared services.
  • Jun’s key competencies are Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting, Accounting Controls and Compliance, Process Analysis and Documentation, Accounting function knowledge (GA, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, AP), Management Advisory, and People Management.
During his free time, Jun catches up on cryptocurrency trends and P2E games. He also into casual guitar playing, enthusiast level mountain biking, sci-fi novels and movies.

He then worked for company X as a staff accountant serving US based clients.

MEET RAMIL

Ramil is a Controller for one of our retail clients with over 500 branches. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB).

  • Prior to Offsite Office, Ramil worked as a Controller at one of the largest global investment banking and financial services companies. He was also a Senior Accountant in an accountancy and consultancy firm based in the Philippines.
  • Ramil handled client portfolios in wide ranging-industries such as services, individuals, artists, manufacturing, real estate, NGOs, and hospitality companies. It is in these industries that he got exposure to many different accounting processes including tax planning, compliance and preparation, financial planning, analysis and reporting, audit engagement, management advisory services, business registration and renewal, payroll preparation and computation, and general accounting.

Ramil is a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Manila, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Roy is an Accounting Manager currently working with a retail client with over 500 branches. Roy helped the client implement new accounting processes and systems from scratch.

  • Roy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with over 6 years of General Accounting and External Audit experience gained from being an Audit Associate and Accounting Analyst, including one of the Big Four accounting firms.
  • He has worked with clients engaged in Financial Services, Advertising, Manufacturing and Business Process Outsourcing.
  • Roy’s key competencies are Process Analysis and Documentation, Accounting Technical knowledge (GA, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, AR, AP), Advisory Services, and Audit.

Roy is a graduate of Partido State University in Bicol, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Cum Laude).

Kat is a Senior Accountant currently working for a manufacturing client based in North Carolina and Texas. She has also worked with clients engaged in industries such as logistics, hospitality, and real estate.

  • Prior to Offsite Office, she worked as a Finance Operations Officer with one of the Top Banking Institutions in the Philippines for 6 years where she developed expertise in Banking, Finance and Accounting.
  • Kat learned the value of proactively identifying and removing roadblocks to deliver exemplary service to her clients, adding value to their businesses. It was her passion to drive innovation and quality output that helped her win the Excellence Awards in 2014 and 2019. Her efforts not only benefit her team, but also inspire the team to stay proactive. Working in a fast-paced environment for an international firm helped her to adapt with people of different backgrounds and cultures.

Kat is a graduate of Far Eastern University in Manila, with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, major in Finance (Magna Cum Laude).

Debbie is currently the Assistant Controller of a fast growing, $300 million Offsite Office Apparel manufacturer and retailer client.

  • She is a CPA with 7 years of experience in the auditing and finance industry.
  • She started as an auditor at one of the Big 4 accounting firms and afterwards moved to the private sector as an Assistant Accounting Manager and eventually got promoted as an Accounting Head, specializing in the retail and real estate industries.
